This product comes with an option of buying a LED compatible transformer / driver, for a reduced price as a bundle, this driver is capable of running the whole 2.5 meters

Dimensions, 2.5 meter length, 1cm width and 0.3mm in depth

To get your strip light working, simply connect you transformer / driver to the strip light ( extending the cable with 2 core flex if necessary, not included).

Then simply connect your transformer driver to the mains via plug or direct and your away.

If you decide to cut your strip light into smaller sections then you will need an extra transformer per piece of strip. each 1 meter of led strip needs a 15watt ttransfromer / driver which can be bought in the category.

So for example a 3 meter strip needs  45 watt,  you can get a larger transformer as long as the driver has a bigger capacity than the amount of strip you are trying to power.

The LED strip comes as standard in rolls of 5 metres,  The intensity of the light is dependent upon the number and type (size) of the LEDs. The number of LEDs vary from 60 LEDs per metre to 120 LEDs per metre and there are two sizes, SMD 3528 and SMD 5050. The SMD3528 are 3.5mm x 2.8mm and are 0.08watts where as the SMD5050 are 5mm x 5mm and consume 0.24 watts.

The Led roll has cut points every 3 led's so that you can adjust it to desired length
